1. How do I set up a showing on one of your properties?

       We have the option of performing self showings on many of our properties.  To schedule a self   

         showing download the RENTLY ​app or go online at www.rently.com to get a temporary code

         then you can access the property on your schedule.  Properties that are not listed with RENTLY have a property

         manager's contact number on the sign or on the property you can call them directly to schedule a showing.

2. I'm new to the area where do I sign up for utilities?

Electricity  is provided by Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) - 402.536.4131 or www.OPPD.com

Gas & Water  is provided by Metropolitan Utilities District - (MUD) -402.554.6666 or www.mudomaha.com 

 

3. Where can I find out things about the city of Omaha?

The official city website is www.cityofomaha.org

 

4. Can I apply for a unit online?

Yes, our application process can be started online by clicking here.  Applications are handled in order as they are received in there entirety.  An application must contain all the items requested to be considered received.

5. Where do I report maintenance items after hours?

Current tenants can report items by logging in to the tenant portal.  You can also leave a message in the company voicemail by calling.

6, Can I pay my rent online?

Yes, you can pay through the tenant portal using your bank account and routing #.  A convenience fee will apply.

7.  How do you handle pets?

Certain types of dogs are not allowed due to insurance restrictions.  Dogs not specifically excluded can be added to the lease with an initial Pet Fee of $250.00 plus a monthly pet fee of $25.00 per month.  Certified emotional support animals must have documentation and must be verified through a database search.

8.  Can I buy the property I live in?

Great question.  This varies from property to property.  What does not vary is that we're also licensed real estate agents who are willing to help you purchase a new home.  Visit our website here.

9.  Who can I call on for help in emergency situations?

If you have a medical emergency, fire or feel you are in imminent danger call 9-1-1.  To report other emergency situations our on call staff can be reached by calling our office voicemail and following the voice prompts.
